  Welcome To Evan’s Digital Space

00.Evan Parker is a designer from Madison, Wisconsin. Graduating with a B.S.D in Graphic Design. Throughout his studies, he developed a deep belief in the power of design as a tool for meaningful change. As he progressed through his academic program, studied critical design in Amsterdam, and landed professional internships, he began to recognize a disconnect between corporate design culture and the idea that designers can help shape a better world. This realization has driven him to critically examine his role within the industry and to seek opportunities where design can genuinely improve lives. His work is directed by a commitment to bridging that gap, through exploration, intention, and growth.

Brief

This content of this book contains all of my projects from second and third year from the graphic design program. This project aims to showcase my typographic and layout skills while going through the process of a large scale print project.

I explored front matter systems to communicate seamlessly through front cover, inside front cover, table of contents, class heading, project heading, project spreads, final project spreads, and the colophon. 

This project taught me the process that is needed for a large scale print project and the attention to detail that is required for a project like this.
